Simple Solutions

Here is a reposting of some advice from before.

Twelve or so things one can do:

**One needs discipline to calm the mind and control it.

**No clutter…order and a Zen cleanliness are vital.

**Not too much thinking. Use your feelings to decide things. “If you don’t know, don’t go”, which says, if you don’t know what to do then do nothing. Wait.

**Walk slow and stay balanced, and stay calm, no fear no anger.

**Don’t let people shove you off your power spot in life, which is any spot you happen to be on at the time.

**Try to be a vegetarian if not already one. It helps greatly with your perception as you become more alkaline.

**Remember the law of allowing: let everyone be whatever they want to be, don’t judge and don’t criticize, if you don’t like it either bare it or move on.

**Learn to suffer in silence. It is pointless moaning it just brings in the ghouls. Look within when you are in pain. Accept your life as it comes and then change the bits you don’t like later.

**Do a three-day fast from time-to-time if that is medically appropriate for you.

**Go to silence as a discipline not talking for a day at a time it heals your soul.

**Keep reducing your needs …want less or want nothing other than a bit of food and shelter. Keep it simple.

**Be brave. Walk along the banks of the Tao and trust and let that carry you forward with Grace, information and God’s inspiration.
