A voice said to me, “Go to Jerusalem.” Then other voice said, “Don’t.” A third voice said, “Why are you dithering?” And a fourth voice said, “You are a coward and a wimp.” Then a fifth voice chipped in saying, “I am your Higher Self.” And a sixth voice immediately contradicted it saying, “That is a lie. You don’t have a Higher Self.”

Then a seventh voice said, “Bollocks to this, let’s go to the pub.” The last voice was my voice, I was so happy to hear myself speak.
