I met a music producer called Kofi. He was very interesting and entertaining, he was originally from Accra, Ghana, where I grew up.
He told me he eats 50,000 calories of food a day, he’s very slim and muscular and fit. A man of his size would normally eat 3000-3500 calories a day. I asked him why he didn’t get fat, he said it was because of clarity.
He told me he eats 60 scrambled eggs for breakfast, five days a week, then for lunch he has three 20 inch pan pizzas, and risotto enough for ten people, then three osso buccos, they are veal shanks, and he ends lunch with two large fish. At night he said he likes to eat light, he has two whole chickens.
A singer he works with at times told me that if he does not eat these vast quantities of food he drops off to sleep. I was with him for an hour and half, he constantly ate little candies one after then next.
Kofi asked me “How can I add value to your life?” I am not a person that wants anything, but I was touched that he asked.
Khris Krepcik of www.thehoodedsage.com hardly ever eats, he has just three small spoons of rice and vegetables at night, it’s about 500 calories, and I eat light about 1500 calories a day, 2500-3000 would be normal for a man my size.
There are lots of different people in this world. A-mazing. Stuart Wilde
