Nat West, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank have not been able to pay out customer’s cash for three days because they claim a three-day computer glitch has affected things. Yeah yeah.
The bank run visions I saw nine years ago are coming true. Last week the main Spanish Banks went belly up. The European Central Bank made them a cheap loan of a 100 billion to keep things afloat a while longer. Don’t keep any substantial amounts in the Euro Banks you’ll get screwed.
