Tracebook, Facebook Flop

The Facebook placing was at $38.00 and it climbed to $45.00 at the off—512 million shares were dumped for a total value of $20 billion. Then the price came down.

J.P. Morgan and the other underwriters had to buy the stock later in the day to stop it falling below $38.

Just before the close it was at $38.01. Then the underwriters “flashed the cash” 60 million shares were traded and it popped to $38.23 in the last few minutes of trading. On Monday it fell to $34.00 wiping out 24 billion of the new shareholders money that paid $42.00 and Tuesday it fell further to $31.00.

Put Plop on Ya Wall !!

Chase-book—Face-book—falling from Grace-book.

I said before I think long term Tracebook will be a spectacular flop, people know it’s a front for security agencies like the C.I.A & Mossad, and so many refuse to go on it. And letting the security agencies in the back door to farm information is not consider “customers care” it’s a disdain and hatred for the customers—Trace-book is callous superiority. (See below how to delete Facrebook).

And Facebook are looking at a $10-15 billion dollar fine from the Justice Department because Zuckercreep and his mates are very sneaky, they track your computer after you log off, which is highly illegal.

It will be interesting to see where the shares are one year from today.

Race-book? I don’t think so. This is a form of the arrogance and insidious control that Gaia has come to destroy.   Stuart Wilde

Deleting Facebook

In the early days Facebook made it close to impossible; to delete your account. Then they came in for heavy scrutiny and criticism and they relented.
