Repetitive ‘uck-Up Syndrome

If you keep stuffing it up, you have look at what underlying feeling is creating things to fall apart.

Repetitive ‘uck-Up Syndrome affect us all.

It usually comes from complications, too many things to do at once, or too many people, and sometimes it comes from feeling depressed, so you kind of want your life to fall apart as you don’t care anymore. And sometimes RFU syndrome comes from trusting people that are way more hopeless than you like to admit. And you were too lazy to do it, or fix it yourself.

How to fix the syndrome:

(1) Concentrate
(2) Do less
(3) Do it yourself
(4) Sell everything and move to Africa
(5) Sleep. Tiredness makes mistakes
(6) Stay Calm. No fear no anger
(7) Don’t dwell on past ‘uck-ups
(8) Don’t blame people, it’s bad karma
(9) Try to maintain more balance

Flow is effortless, try not to struggle. If you are struggling ask obvious question like, Why?

Is this struggle worth it?
Is there a simpler way?
Can I sell everything and move to Africa or not?

Be a simple loving person, and remember I’ve said before, “We are human “beings” not human “doings”.
