My bank stole a bunch of money out of my account.
I protested. They denied it at first, but eventually after two months they reluctantly paid me the money back. Any email of apology from them?
“Dear Mr. Wilde we are very sorry for stealing thousands out your account behind your back and making you wait for two months to get it back.”
