Adapting

M’ ol teacher said “Tolerate everything and skim the lake.”

By ‘skim the lake’ he meant purify yourself and process your darkness bit-by-bit.

In changing times we have to be fluid and adapt and prove we are centered and balanced whatever the circumstances, that’s the maturity one should aspire to.

A friend of mine quit his job and lived in a horsebox in a field for eight months. He refused to collect welfare, so he had no money but he made it through, and a lady I know who has quite substantial savings and assets has been living in her car, it’s a tiny little Nissan; others have quit paying rent and moved in with relatives, or they have bought yurts and caravans (RVs) and set themselves up in fields, everything is possible.

Adaptability is the key to personal freedom

If you have a strong sense of self and the calm of a spiritual journey you can rest in the beauty of Gaia and the natural worlds of the animals, and surround yourself with the safety of the forests and the embrace of the mountains, all of which offer support; you can much gain the solace you need from that.

We’re not money or the things we own, neither are we how we look, we are a delicate feeling that emanates from our soul, linking us to all eternity. That link is your security, all else may be swept away, but if you are adaptable and not attached emotionally then the ebb and flow of ‘personal things’ is almost irrelevant. (sw)

M’ ol teacher taught his students a prayer for times of trouble it went like this:

“I am what I am, I am.

I am what I am, I am.

I am what I am, I am.

I will be.”

(repeat the whole verse three times)

He said that it had been arranged in that way so that when the spirits of light heard that they would come. (sw)
